½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup milk
1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon rum extract
Combine sugar, salt and milk in a heavy sauce-
pan: cook and stir over low heat until sugar
dissolves; do not boil. Stir in chocolate.
Add sour cream and rum extract, blend until
smooth. Serve hot or cold.
