# Banana Pudding
## Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- Vanilla wafers
- Bananas
- Vanilla (to taste)
## Instructions
1. Combine sugar, flour, eggs, and milk.
2. Cook until thickened, then remove from heat.
3. Add vanilla after cooled.
4. Layer with vanilla wafers and bananas. -

## Ingredients
- 28 oz cranberry juice
- 64 oz orange juice
- 6 cups cold water
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
## Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Serve cold. -
Parmesan Garlic Pretzels
Parmesan Garlic Pretzels
1 Big or 2 regular bags of pretzels
1 packet of dry ranch (Hidden Vally)
1 12oz bottle Orville Redenbacher Popcorn Butter
1/4 tsp cayanne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/2 cup parmesian cheese (add more if you like)
mix everything but P. Cheese in bowl. Dip/Soak Pretzels
Back:
Then place in container.
Bake on cookie sheet or broiler pan
@ 200° for 30-40 minutes. Flip every
10 minutes. Pour into large bowl &
shake cheese on top!

# Parmesan Garlic Pretzels
## Ingredients
- 1 big or 2 regular bags of pretzels
- 1 packet dry ranch (Hidden Valley)
- 1 12 oz bottle Orville Redenbacher Popcorn Butter
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (add more if you like)
## Instructions
1. Mix everything except the Parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
2. Dip/soak pretzels in the mixture, then place in a container.
3. Spread pretzels on a cookie sheet or broiler pan.
4. Bake at 200° for 30–40 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
5. Pour into a large bowl and shake Parmesan cheese on top. -

## Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen hash browns
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cubed ham
## Instructions
1. Combine hash browns, water, chopped onion, and chopped celery.
2. Cook 30 minutes.
3. Add bouillon cubes, celery seed, garlic salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, milk, and cubed ham. -

# Rump Roast (Bottom Round)
## Ingredients
- Rump roast / bottom round, cut in strips
- Soy sauce
- Lime juice
- Salt & pepper
- Sesame oil
- Brown sugar
- Corn starch
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Pepper
- Green beans
- Carrots
- Snow peas
## Instructions
1. Cut bottom round roast into strips.
2. Combine soy sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper, garlic, ginger, and pepper for marinade or sauce.
3. Add sesame oil, brown sugar, and corn starch.
4. Cook beef strips with sauce ingredients.
5. Add green beans, carrots, and snow peas and cook through.
6. Serve on noodles or rice. -

# White Cake Mix Dessert (Dump Cake)
## Ingredients – Peach Version
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 large can of peaches with liquid
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
## Instructions – Peach Version
1. Pour peaches into baking dish.
2. Sprinkle white cake mix over top.
3. Slice butter and lay over cake mix.
4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

- 1 box white cake mix
- 21 oz cherry pie mix
- 15 oz crushed pineapple with liquid
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
## Instructions – Cherry Pineapple Version
1. Pour cherry pie mix and crushed pineapple into baking dish.
2. Sprinkle white cake mix over top.
3. Slice butter and lay over cake mix.
4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. -

## Ingredients
- 4 cups crushed strawberries
- 1 pkg Sure-Jel
- 1 cup white syrup
- 4–5 1/2 cups sugar
## Instructions
1. Place 4 cups crushed strawberries in a bowl.
2. Sift 1 pkg Sure-Jel over the top of the berries and beat well by hand.
3. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring every 5–10 minutes.
4. Add 1 cup white syrup and mix well.
5. Gradually stir in 4–5 1/2 cups sugar.
6. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring every 5–10 minutes.
7. Pack in containers and freeze. -

1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 C. white sugar
1/2 C. chopped nuts 1/3 C. cocoa
1/2 C. chocolate chips 1/3 C. + 2 Tbsp flour

Above ingredients are in jar. Empty jar
Contents into large mixing bowl.
Add: 3 eggs, 2/3 C. oil & 1 tsp. vanilla.
Stir well. Spread in greased 9X9 inch pan.
Bake 350 degrees 27-30 minutes. Enjoy!

- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chips
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
## Instructions
1. Empty jar contents into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add 3 eggs, 2/3 cup oil, and 1 tsp vanilla.
3. Stir well.
4. Spread in a greased 9x9 inch pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 27–30 minutes. -

## Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 6 cups water
- 1 or 2 cans tomatoes
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
## Instructions
1. Chop all vegetables.
2. Combine all ingredients and simmer 35–40 minutes. -

HAPPINESS PIE
1 package (3-1/4 ounces) vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 8-inch prepared graham cracker piecrust
20 to 25 strawberries, hulled
1 pint blueberries
Whipped cream or other topping, optional
Combine pudding mix and milk in saucepan.
Bring to full boil over medium heat, stirring con-
stantly. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and
stir until smooth. Add vanilla. Let mixture cool
for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour pudding mix-
ture into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 3
hours or overnight. Place strawberries in circle
around outer edge of pie. Put 1 large strawberry
in center of pie. Place blueberries over remain-
ing pudding surface. Serve with whipped cream or
other topping, if desired.

- 1 package (3-1/4 oz) vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 20 to 25 strawberries, hulled
- 1 pint blueberries
- Whipped cream or other topping, optional
## Instructions
1. Combine pudding mix and milk in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
4. Add vanilla. Let mixture cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
5. Pour pudding mixture into graham cracker crust.
6. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
7. Place strawberries in a circle around the outer edge of the pie.
8. Put 1 large strawberry in the center of the pie.
9. Place blueberries over the remaining pudding surface.
10. Serve with whipped cream or other topping, if desired. -

Edy's Peppermint Ice Cream Bars
16 oz. pkg. Oreo Cookies
1 stick butter
1 container Edy's Peppermint Ice Cream
1 - 4 oz. Milk Chocolate Bar
1 - 4 oz. White Chocolate Bar
Finely grind Oreo cookies in blender. Mix cookie crumbs and
melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Place in freezer for approx.
10 minutes or until firm. Spread softened Edy's Ice Cream over
crust. Place in freezer again for approx. 10 minutes or until firm.
Drizzle with melted milk chocolate and white chocolate.
