3 Bean Dish
3 Bean Dish
3 large cans of Bushes Baked Beans
2 cans of Lima Beans drained
2 cans of Butter Beans (do not drain)
(may substitute other beans for Lima Beans or Butter Beans)
1 lb of ground beef browned with 1 chopped onion
Place the above ingredients into a crock pot and then add:
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Cook in crock pot on high for 1 hour or low for 2 hours
May cook on stove top (heat till warm)
Serves 15
(may cut recipe ingredients in half for smaller serving size)

## Ingredients
- 3 large cans Bush's Baked Beans
- 2 cans Lima Beans, drained

1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 12oz. can of Mt. Dew
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut each apple into 8 slices.
separate crescent rolls, and roll each apple wedge in crescent roll dough starting with the smallest edge.
Pinch to seal and place in baking dish.
Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
Pour mixture over apple dumplings.
Pour Mt. Dew over the dumplings.
Bake 35-45 minutes in a preheated oven or until golden brown.
(When they come out of the oven it will be a runny consistency on the bottom of the pan, but I just usually let them sit for several hours to soak the liquid up into the dumplings before eating.) Enjoy!!!

- 1 (12 oz) can Mountain Dew
## Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
3. Cut each apple into 8 slices.

# Banana Cookies
## Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sliced bananas (1 medium)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans, or mini chocolate chips, or 1/2 & 1/2
## Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix flour, sugar, butter, sliced bananas, salt, and vanilla altogether.
3. Add chopped pecans or mini chocolate chips (or half and half of each).
4. Portion onto a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 12–15 minutes.

- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 or 4 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
## Instructions
1. Mix all frosting ingredients together until smooth.

- 1/2 cup butter + lard
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cake yeast
- 2 eggs
- 5-6 cups flour (inferred)

1. Proof yeast in a little lukewarm water or warm milk
2. Scald and cool milk, combine with sugar, salt, fat
3. Add eggs and yeast, incorporate flour gradually
4. First rise ~1–1½ hours, shape, second rise ~45–60 minutes

# Cabbage Soup

## Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 6 cups water
- 1 or 2 cans tomatoes
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
## Instructions
1. Chop all vegetables.
2. Combine all ingredients and simmer 35–40 minutes. -

## Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups salad oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups carrots
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins and nuts
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cloves
## Instructions
1. Blend sugar and oil.
2. Add egg yolks and blend.
3. Stir in carrots and vanilla.
4. Add dry ingredients, mix well, then fold in beaten egg whites.
5. Bake in a 13x9 pan at 350° for 40–50 minutes.
6. Check with toothpick at 40 minutes.
## Icing
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 oz or 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla (add last)
## Icing Instructions
1. Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese.

1/3 cup oleo
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 cups Shredded Pepper cheese

1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Place potatoes in the bottom of a buttered 9x13 pan. Let thaw. Blot excess moisture off with a paper
towel. Drizzle the oleo over the top and bake @ 425 for 25 min. Take out and cool. Then add the swiss
cheese and a layer of chopped ham followed by a layer of swiss cheese and another layer of chopped
ham. Then add the pepper cheese. Beat four eggs pepper, salt and 1/2 and 1/2.. Pour over cheese.
Bake @ 350 for 45 min. to an hour covered.
May be made up the night before.

- 1/3 cup oleo
- 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 cups shredded Pepper cheese

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 tsp salt

## Ingredients
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Cream of chicken soup
- Sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- Noodles
## Topping
- Buttery crackers

## Instructions
1. Combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and salt and pepper.
2. Mix in noodles (you may want to pre-cook until al dente)
3. Transfer to a baking dish.

- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cubed ham
## Instructions

3. Add bouillon cubes, celery seed, garlic salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, milk, and cubed ham. -

- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 can Coke
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
## Instructions
1. Mix dry onion soup mix, Coke, and cream of mushroom soup together.
2. Pour over roast.
3. Cook slow at about 300° for 4 to 6 hours.
4. Makes its own gravy. -

1 stick butter
1 container Edy's Peppermint Ice Cream
1 - 4 oz. Milk Chocolate Bar
1 - 4 oz. White Chocolate Bar
Finely grind Oreo cookies in blender. Mix cookie crumbs and
melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Place in freezer for approx.
10 minutes or until firm. Spread softened Edy's Ice Cream over
crust. Place in freezer again for approx. 10 minutes or until firm.
Drizzle with melted milk chocolate and white chocolate.
