2 tbsp Chopped Onion
2 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c milk
1 c sliced mushrooms
1-2 c grated Cheese
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 10 oz pkg Broccoli
Back:
Cook onions & mushrooms until
Tender. Blend in flour, salt & pepper
add milk & cook, stirring
constantly until mixture comes to
a boil & is thickened. Add cheese
& stir until melted. in another pan
Dissolve Bouillon in 1½ c Boiling H2o
ADD Broccolli & cook until tender.
add Broccolli to cheese mixture, heat
to serving Temperature.

## Instructions
1. Cook onions and mushrooms in melted butter until tender.
2. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened.
4. Add cheese and stir until melted.
5. In another pan, dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
6. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
7. Add broccoli to cheese mixture and heat to serving temperature. -

# Lois' Sweet Potatoes
## Ingredients
- 6 sweet potatoes
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
## Instructions
1. Boil 6 sweet potatoes. Peel and slice.
2. In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pour over sliced potatoes.
5. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. -

- 1 cup acini-de-pepe pasta
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 20 oz can pineapple tid bits
- 1 20 oz can pineapple crushed
- 2 11 oz cans mandarin oranges
- 1 10 1/2 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 1 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
## Instructions
1. Cook pasta, drain, and cool.
2. In a medium pan, combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour, salt, and eggs.
3. Cook until thick. Cool. -

## Ingredients
### 1st Layer
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup chopped peanuts
### 2nd Layer
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 3/4 cup Cool Whip
### 3rd Layer
- 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding
- 2 3/4 cup milk
### Topping
- Cool Whip
- Chopped peanuts
## Instructions
1. **1st Layer:** Mix butter, flour, and chopped peanuts together. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
2. **2nd Layer:** Mix peanut butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled 1st layer.
3. **3rd Layer:** Mix vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, and milk together. Pour over 2nd layer.
4. **Topping:** Top with Cool Whip and chopped peanuts. -

Crust-Crush 30 square saltine crackers (1 sleeve) and drizzle 1/2 c. melted
butter over the top
Saute until golden brown-3c thinly sliced onions in 1/4 c butter-put on top of
crackers in a shallow pan
Sprinkle 1/2 pound (2 cup package) grated sharp cheddar cheese on top of
the onions
When time to put in oven add 1 1/2 c. scalded milk to 3 beaten eggs
Pour mixture over the top of the cheese
Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until the edges are golden brown and
the middle puffs up a little

## Ingredients
- 30 square saltine crackers (1 sleeve), crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (for crust)
- 3 cups onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup butter (for sautéing onions)
- 1/2 pound (2 cup package) grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups scalded milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
## Instructions
1. Crush 30 square saltine crackers and drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over the top to form the crust.
2. Sauté thinly sliced onions in 1/4 cup butter until golden brown.
3. Place onions on top of crackers in a shallow 8x8 pan.
4. Sprinkle 1/2 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese on top of the onions.
5. When ready to bake, add 1 1/2 cups scalded milk to 3 beaten eggs and mix together.
6. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the top of the cheese.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45–50 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the middle puffs up a little. -
