½ tablespoon Powdered sugar.
1 glass S- bourbon - Whiskey.
Lightly but thoroughly crush mint leaves and sugar
in a little water and add the Whiskey: strain into
a tall glass nearly full of fine cracked ice.
stir until glass is frosted, then garnish with
sprigs of mint dusted with Powdered Sugar.

# Mint Julep
## Ingredients

- 1/2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 glass bourbon whiskey
- A little water
- Fine cracked ice
## Instructions
1. Lightly but thoroughly crush mint leaves and sugar in a little water.
2. Add the whiskey.
3. Strain into a tall glass nearly full of fine cracked ice.
4. Stir until glass is frosted.
