## Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chablis or other white wine
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp water

## Instructions
1. Melt cheeses.
2. Stir in combination of flour and water.
3. Add wine.
4. Stir til combined.
