Strawberry Pie Glaze
3/4 cup sugar
2 T tapioca flour
1/4 t salt
1C water
few drops red food coloring
Cook until thickens, pour over berries (fresh) that
are lined in baked pie shell. Put in refrigerator
and serve with whipped cream or Dream Whip.
You can also use fresh (or canned) peaches

## Ingredients

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp tapioca flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- Strawberries (sliced)
- Few drops red food coloring

## Instructions

1. Cook until thickens.
2. Pour over fresh berries that are lined in a baked pie shell.
3. Put in refrigerator.
4. Serve with whipped cream or Dream Whip.

You can also use fresh or canned peaches.
